Martin Erhardt graduated 1995 from the Technical University of Munich in mechanical engineering (Dipl.-Ing.), specialized his studies in development, production and process technologies as well as continuous improvement of the product quality. From 1996 to 2005 he worked as senior development engineer at HELLA KGaA Hueck & Co. in the field of Automotive Lightning Systems in Madrid, Spain. He solidified his studies among others in optics, exterior and interior lightning design, injection molding, plastic welding technologies and vacuum metallizing. He gave technical and business oriented support to customers and internal departments in continuous improvement, quality management as well as in purchase proceedings.
He started his career in intellectual property in 2005, joining the KBS-Patent Law Firm (Kramer et al) and changed to the FROHWITTER Intellectual Property Counselors in 2006. He specializes in prosecution, litigation and licensing of Patents, Utility Models, Trademarks and Design Models in Germany and Europe.
